飼料添加劑：二氫吡啶是一種新型綠色多功能的飼料添加劑，具有廣泛的生物學(xué)功能，在醫(yī)學(xué)上用作心血管疾病的防治保健藥物，有治療脂肪肝、中毒性肝炎、抗衰老、防早熟等作用。進(jìn)一步科學(xué)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，二氫吡啶具有促進(jìn)動(dòng)物生長(zhǎng)、改善皮毛質(zhì)量、提高瘦肉率、提高繁殖性能及防病抗病等功能。二氫吡啶最初由前蘇聯(lián)科學(xué)家合成并應(yīng)用，因其具有天然抗氧化劑VE的某些作用，最早在20世紀(jì)30年代，主要用作動(dòng)植物油的抗氧化劑，70年代，前蘇聯(lián)拉脫維亞專家們(ValdmanAReChemicalbooktal.1997)發(fā)現(xiàn)其具有促進(jìn)畜禽生長(zhǎng)作用以來，世界各國相繼展開了相關(guān)研究，并發(fā)現(xiàn)二氫吡啶有促進(jìn)畜禽生長(zhǎng)、改善畜禽產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)、提高畜禽繁殖性能及防病等功能。我國對(duì)二氫吡啶的研究開始于20世紀(jì)80年代初，現(xiàn)已有多個(gè)廠家批量生產(chǎn)和投入使用，取得較好的試驗(yàn)效果。二氫吡啶能抑制脂類化合物的過氧化過程，從而阻止生物膜的氧化，對(duì)體內(nèi)的組織細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生保護(hù)作用，具有天然抗氧化劑維生素E的某些功能。因而可提高牛、羊、豬、雞、鵪鶉等畜禽的日增重，尤其能提高奶牛情期受胎率、種公牛精液質(zhì)量及種肉雞的受精率，且可抑制動(dòng)物體內(nèi)脂肪形成，提高胴體瘦肉比率。
