酮康唑?yàn)轭?lèi)白色結(jié)晶性粉末；無(wú)臭，無(wú)味。本品在氯仿中易溶，在甲醇中溶解，在乙醇中微溶，在水中幾乎不溶。熔點(diǎn)本品的熔點(diǎn)為146℃。
用途: 酮康唑?yàn)檫溥蝾?lèi)抗真菌藥，其作用機(jī)制為抑制真菌細(xì)胞膜麥角甾醇的生物合成，影響細(xì)胞膜的通透性，抑制其生長(zhǎng)。酮康唑可用于治療淺表和深部真菌病，如皮膚和指甲癬、陰道白色念珠菌病、胃腸真菌感染等，以及由白色念珠菌、類(lèi)球孢子菌、組織胞漿菌等引起的全身感染
適應(yīng)癥：全身真菌感染，如全身念珠菌病、副球孢子菌病、組織胞漿菌病、球孢子菌病、芽生菌病。
由皮真菌和（或）酵母菌引起的皮膚、毛發(fā)和指（趾）的感染（皮真菌病、甲癬、念珠菌性甲周炎、花斑癬、頭皮糠疹癬性毛囊炎及慢性皮膚粘膜念珠菌病等），當(dāng)局部治療無(wú)效或由于感染部位、面積及深度等因素?zé)o法用藥時(shí)，可用該品治療。
應(yīng)用局部治療無(wú)效的慢性、復(fù)發(fā)性陰道念珠菌病。
用于預(yù)防治療因免疫機(jī)能降低（遺傳性及由疾病或藥物引起）而易發(fā)真菌感染的患者。
用法用量：一般感染的用量：1日200mg，頓服，在餐間服用吸收最好。直至癥狀消失，微生物培養(yǎng)結(jié)果陰性為止。通常療程：真菌性口炎10日；皮膚和毛發(fā)真菌病1～2個(gè)月；曲菌病和全身白色念珠菌病1～2個(gè)月；類(lèi)球孢子菌病和組織胞漿菌病2～6個(gè)月；球孢子菌病、甲癬和慢性粘膜皮膚白色念珠菌病可長(zhǎng)達(dá)6～12個(gè)月。當(dāng)療效不好時(shí)也可加倍量，即1日400mg，頓服：陰道白色念珠菌?。?次400mg，1日2次，連用5日。兒童用量：1～4歲每日50mg；5～12歲每日100mg。前列腺癌：1日量為800～1200mg 。
